Primary Care Physician - FP/IM
Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing practice of four primary care physicians and five advanced practice providers. Currently, specialists in Behavior/Mental Health, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Rheumatology, Surgical Services and Wound Care provide out-patient or telemedicine clinics at the facility. Hospital services include Diagnostic Radiology, Diagnostic Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, 24 Hour Emergency Room Services, Acute and Intermediate Care Services, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Diabetic Education, Wellness Center, Chronic Care Management, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.

This is an employed position and will have base salary and sign-on bonus plus production compensation. Base salary is negotiable dependent on background and experience with quality measure incentives as well as consideration for loan repayment, etc. An initial salary guarantee is negotiable followed by annual contract review.
