Need a Prescription Refilled?
How to Request a Prescription Refill:
- Call your pharmacy. They will ask for your prescription number which is located on your medicine bottle.
- Your pharmacist will then fax your refill request to the Clinic.
- Once the fax has been received by the Clinic, your medical information will be pulled and presented to your provider for review. Please note that, in some cases,
your provider may request that you make an appointment or require lab testing prior to refill authorization.
- Approved requests are sent back to your pharmacist within 24 hours of being received.
Most requests are completed within an eight-hour period.
Note: If you are taking medications that require monthly monitoring, testing, or pre-authorization, you can expect to wait up to 48 hours for your refill to be processed.
If you have no refills remaining on your prescription or your prescription has expired, please schedule an appointment with your provider.
