Nurse Manager - Nursing
Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for a Nurse Manager to lead our Hospital Nursing team. As a member of the Nursing Leadership Team, the role of the Nurse Manager is to provide appropriate leadership to the Nursing department in support and promotion of Ellsworth County Medical Center's mission, vision, and values. This role supports the Director of Nursing by actively directing and supervising day-to-day shift activities, personnel management, monitoring service and utilization standards, managing the implementation and delivery of quality patient care, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards of practice. Successful candidates will have excellent leadership skills, recent hands-on nursing experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with all staff members, patients, and families. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, or equivalent years of experience
Minimum of five years' experience in acute care nursing
Demonstrated leadership and 2-3 years' management experience

Certifications/Registrations:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas
ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire
TNCC current or within 6 months of hire
Certificate or within 6 months of hire
CPR
