Applications - Selection & Notifications

We only accept applications and resumes through our online system. A member of our recruitment team will review your credentials and notify you via e-mail regarding the status of your application. Should you be selected for an interview, you will receive an invitation with further details. You may view the status of your application at any time by logging into your profile.

Offers & Onboarding

If you are a chosen candidate for a position, a member of Human Resources will contact you with offer details. Offers are contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings. When you accept the offer, you will be contacted by our Employee Health Nurse to begin the pre-employment process.

Pre-Employment Testing

Ellsworth County Medical Center is committed to providing employees with a safe work place and promoting high standards of employee health. A drug free work environment is especially important in the health care industry because of the basic responsibility of providing quality medical care and services. As a condition of employment, each candidate to whom an offer of employment has been made will be required to complete a drug screen. Candidates will be asked to read the policy and sign a Consent to Drug Screen form.
